NAVCANATM is a subsidiary of NAV CANADA, the country’s air navigation service provider
NAVCANATM has earned its well-deserved global reputation for technology innovation, reliability and customer relationships. Its enterprise-wide suite of integrated air traffic management technology supports a full range of services and functionality. It is operating in some of the world’s busiest airspace from the UK to Hong Kong and in tower, terminal and enroute environments.
“We’ve demonstrated for more than two decades our commitment to successfully delivering exceptional ATM technology,” said Rob Cook, Assistant Vice President, ATM Business Development. “It’s an exciting time for NAVCANATM as we are among the leaders with some of the most innovative technology available and an established track record of success. Our updated branding and logo reflect our desire to continue to contribute to the transformation of the industry.”
The new NAVCANATM logo has evolved from the original signature, using a modern, vibrant blue to reflect the sky and complementary fresh green to represent the earth. Both colours are intersected with lines representing runways on the ground and contrails in the sky. An update to the logo shape presents the silhouette of an aircraft tail and gives a sense of motion. Software applications and other technology will sport colours found in ATM technology
In addition, NAVCANATM announced today that it will be using its air traffic management technology, for the provision of an Integrated Tower System (ITS) for supporting the tower operations of the interim Two-runway System (I-2RS) and Three-runway System (3RS) at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA).
